Try installing XP drivers in Compatibility mode and then check for the issue.
Follow the steps below to install the drivers in Windows XP SP2 Compatibility mode.
Go to properties. Click on Compatibility mode. Smart label printer 220 drivers windows 7. Method 2: If the issue still persists, you may have to install the printer driver in previous operating system compatibility mode. Right click on the setup file of the driver that you have either downloaded or the file from CD.
